Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg chicken leg(s) or chicken wings
  • 3 large bell peppers, colored
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some paprika powder
  • some curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Marinate the chicken pieces in a little oil and garlic for about 1 hour. Clean the vegetables and potatoes and cut them into pieces that are as even as possible. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix the sliced ​​potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder and place them on the baking tray. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Add the chicken pieces and vegetables. Bake for 10-30 minutes, depending on the type of chicken. Chicken thighs need a little longer. Season the vegetables and potatoes and bake for 10-15 minutes.
