Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Dice the turkey. Dice the peppers and onions. Season the oil well with pepper, salt, and paprika, then drizzle the desired amount of oil over the meat and vegetables. Place everything on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve with French fries and shish kebab sauce.
