Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 2 shallots
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp cheese (Gouda), freshly grated
- 2 tbsp mozzarella, torn into pieces
- n. B. Oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Low carb dinner, under 300 kcal, under 10 g fat
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Finely dice the shallot, knead it with the tomato paste and the minced meat, and season. Form two flatbreads and place them in a baking dish. Halve the tomatoes and thinly slice the mushrooms, then combine. Spread them on the meat flatbreads. Mix all the cheeses together and sprinkle the flatbreads evenly with the cheese mixture. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
