Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of salmon fillet(s), frozen
- 1 some lemon juice
- 1 tbsp, heaped herbs
- 1 salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Thaw the salmon, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and herbs of your choice. Preheat the oven to 160°C (top and bottom heat). Cook the salmon for approximately 15-25 minutes, depending on its thickness. Remove from the oven, season with salt, drizzle with more lemon juice, and serve with your desired side dish.
