  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 jar pickled peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 500 ml broth
  • 600 g tagliatelle pasta
  • Butter, for the mold
  • 400 g mozzarella, grated

Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, curry sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, and oil and let it marinate overnight. Brown the marinated meat with the sliced ​​peppers and deglaze with the cream and broth. Cook the tagliatelle and layer it with the minced meat in a dish, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
