Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,500 g pork (back), shredded
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- curry powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 jar pickled peppers
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 cups of cream
- 500 ml broth
- 600 g tagliatelle pasta
- Butter, for the mold
- 400 g mozzarella, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with tagliatelle
Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, curry sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, and oil and let it marinate overnight. Brown the marinated meat with the sliced peppers and deglaze with the cream and broth. Cook the tagliatelle and layer it with the minced meat in a dish, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
