Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g farfalle
- 100 ml Soy Cream Cuisine
- 125 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp flour
- some oil
- Salt

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the farfalle according to the instructions. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a little oil in a second pan until they have shrunk slightly. Deglaze the mushrooms with the soy cream, adding a little more flour if necessary for better binding. Season with salt. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce.
