Oven pancakes with apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 160 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for a 24-piece mold

Butter a 24 cm diameter pan or dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Chop the apples, arrange them in the dish, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Add the butter in small pieces and bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, flour, salt, and milk. Pour over the apples and bake for another 15 minutes, until nicely browned. This goes perfectly with custard.
