Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 small jar of black olives, pitted
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oregano
- Thyme
- basil
- Parsley
- Oil, for the casserole dish

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wash the schnitzels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place them in a lightly oiled baking dish (with a lid). Peel the onion and slice it like the tomatoes, then top the schnitzels with it, then add the drained olives and mushrooms. Season with thyme and oregano. Next, add the drained and sliced mozzarella to the schnitzels. Place the lid on the baking dish and place it in the COLD oven. Cook at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the dish stand for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and basil before serving. Puszta rice goes perfectly with this.
