Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pot of natural yogurt (200 g)
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g muesli of your choice or similar
- 1 dashes honey
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 100 g sugar
- some fruit, fresh or from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whip the cream with a pinch of sugar until stiff peaks form. Add the yogurt to the whipped cream, season with sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Chop the fruit and set aside. Place some muesli in the bottom of two glasses (if you don’t like muesli, you can use something else), drizzle with a little honey, and top with some fruit. Carefully pour the cream and yogurt mixture into the glass. Top with more muesli and fruit. Finish with the cream and yogurt mixture and serve garnished with fruit and muesli.
