Oven vegetables with chicken
- 1 Red onion
- 2 piece Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Broccoli
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- Paprika & garlic powder smoked to taste
- 100 g Fork - spaghetti
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Peel and roughly chop the red onion. Wash the chicken breast fillets, rub dry with kitchen paper and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the peppers & zucchini and cut into large cubes, cut the broccoli into florets. Then put everything in a baking dish one after the other.
- Add the rapeseed oil and the spices, mix once. Preheat the oven to 230 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Then pour in and bake for about 30 minutes (the original time was 15 minutes, unfortunately, not even the meat). In the meantime I cooked fork spaghetti according to the instructions and later served it with the rest.
