Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp fruit, nuts, etc.
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes, extra fine or wholegrain
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 tsp sugar or jam
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • some cinnamon and sugar or some chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

variable filling for every day

The night before, combine your favorite chopped fruit or nuts with the other ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Enjoy the oatmeal in the morning, either hot or cold. Warm: Microwave for a maximum of 2 minutes at about 700W – I always wait until it boils to a boil. Then I refine my breakfast with cinnamon and sugar or chocolate chips. So far, in addition to pineapple, I’ve also had apples, grapes, and dried fruit as variations. I used the sugar or jam for sour apples and the lemon juice for sweet grapes as a little extra spice.
