Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 20 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

the sweet, Silesian way

Bring 400 ml of milk to a boil with a pinch of salt. Whisk in 20 g of flour to the remaining 100 ml of milk. When the milk starts to boil, stir in the milk-flour mixture and bring to a boil briefly. You can add a little sugar or a pinch of salt to taste.
