Overnight oats with banana and mango

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 100 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 75 g mango(s)
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

for meta-type Delta, with chia seeds and flax seeds

Place the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and raisins in a sealable jar and roughly mix. Add whole milk. Sprinkle the bananas and mango pieces over the top. Sprinkle the yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon over the fruit. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. Weck jars are particularly good for a breakfast-to-go. 418 kcal per serving.
