Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 wholemeal roll (spelt wholemeal roll)
- 100 g lean ground beef
- 3 gherkins
- ¼ avocado(s)
- 15 g Gouda, 30% fat, sliced
- 2 slice(s) tomato(s)
- ¼ onion(s), in thin rings
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp pesto, red
- some sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lettuce. Slice the avocado and gherkins. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste and form it into a patty. Brown it on both sides in a non-stick pan. After about 5 minutes, add the onion rings. Then cut open the whole-grain spelt bun and spread it with the red pesto. Top with the burger patty, Gouda cheese, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and avocado slices, and distribute the gherkins and braised onions over the burger.
