Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 3 slices of bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (tomato chili)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thinly slice the onion and cut the bacon into strips. Sauté both ingredients in butter and cook over low heat. Season with tomato chili and salt. Pour the onion mixture into an ovenproof dish, make a well in the center, and drop the egg into it. Bake in the oven at 250°C until the egg white is set. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with baguettes.
