Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 heads of radicchio
- 1 bunch of mixed herbs
- 5 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thoroughly clean the oyster mushrooms (do not wash them!) and tear them into equal-sized pieces. Then fry them in oil and after about 5 minutes, add the finely chopped onion. Fry for another 5 minutes, season with salt, and let cool. In the meantime, clean, wash, and drain the lettuce. Rinse and finely chop the herbs. Mix everything together, press the garlic over the top, and season with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
