Oyster Mushrooms with Paprika and Tomato
The perfect oyster mushrooms with paprika and tomato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Oyster mushrooms
- 2 piece Shallots
- 2 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 1 piece Romatomate
- 1 Rosemary sprig
- 1 tsp Colored pepper
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Paprika pulp
- 200 ml Riesling
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Goat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Cut the oyster mushrooms and shallots into small pieces.
- Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprig and pestle with colored pepper. Add the garlic cloves and process into a paste.
- Core and chop the bell pepper, finely dice the tomato.
- Fry shallots in oil, add tomato paste and paprika pulp and continue frying with the sugar.
- Add the bell peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms, keep stirring and deglaze with the wine.
- Stir in the seasoning paste from the mortar and reduce the heat.
- Stir in the goat cream cheese (or normal cream cheese).
- Carefully season with salt.
