  • 3 Elstar apples
  • 3 Red onions
  • 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 liter Cider
  • 200 g Cream 30% fat
  • 3 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
  • 2 teaspoon Pink pepper
  • Green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  • 2 teaspoon Cane sugar
