Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour type 405
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 280 g Greek yogurt, 10%
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 tsp coriander, dried
  • 1 pinch of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped herbs, mixed (7-herb)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

fluffy, quick and easy

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and use your hands to form a smooth dough. The dough will be slightly sticky. After about 30 minutes of resting time, divide the dough into six pieces, roll them into palm-sized balls, and form them into flatbreads with your fingers. Fry these flatbreads one at a time in a pan with plenty of clarified butter.
