Pan Croquettes with Curry Grilled Meat

The perfect pan croquettes with curry grilled meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Croquettes:-)

  • 500 g Cooked potatoes
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 coffee pot Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon. Chives
  • Pepper, salt, paprika, nutmeg
  • Breadcrumbs for rolling
  • 8 tablespoon Oil for frying

Curry grilled meat

  • 400 g Grilled meat-here from the lecture
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 coffee pot Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 1 Coffee spoon Curry powder
  • Pepper salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying

  1. Mash the potatoes and work them into a smooth dough with the egg, breadcrumbs, chopped chives and spices. Shape them into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until crispy. Drain the fried balls on kitchen crepe.

Curry grilled meat

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the diced onion in it. Add meat and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth and bring to the boil. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, cream, tomato paste, sambal oelek with the curry powder and add to the meat. Scatter chives and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the meat with croquettes and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
  3. 4th note – works with fresh meat too, of course. Then season the meat and fry and cook a little longer 🙂
