Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh chicken breast
  • 200 g Tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 8 King oyster mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cook pasta (here: ribbon pasta) aldente in salted water. Toss in a little butter and keep warm.
  • Cut the washed and dried chicken breast into bite-sized strips, fry in a little oil with butter and season with salt, pepper mill and chilly. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and, if you like, add finely chopped garlic just before the end of the cooking time and fry them too.
  • Now cut the cleaned king oyster mushrooms into slices and fry briefly in a pan with the rest of the spring onions. Season with salt and pepper mill and then deglaze with a little cream, so that a little sauce develops.
  • Mix the chicken strips and king oyster mushrooms with the pasta. Mix in the chopped parsley and season to taste. Enjoy your meal!
