Pan Flatbread

Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 300 g Flour
  • 125 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Knead all ingredients together well. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, wrapped in foil. Then with a tablespoon about 7 equal. Cut off portions, shape them into balls and roll them out into a round shape (approx. 12 cm in diameter).
  • Heat a pan and fry the flatbreads without fat until they have risen slightly and are brown in places. Control the heat while baking. Possibly reduce something.
  • The flat cakes taste best when they are slightly warm. But they can also be easily baked again.
