- 1 zucchini

First, quarter the onion, then halve each quarter again. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. First, fry the onion wedges in a pan with a little oil and sauté with the lid on for about a minute. Then add the bell pepper pieces and sauté with the lid on for another minute. Finally, add the zucchini, season with salt, and sauté until tender. Finally, season with pepper and a little lemon juice to taste.
