  • 2 El Amaranth
  • 2 El Quinoa
  • 2 El Bulgur
  • 2 El Couscous
  • 2 El Millet
  • 2 El Arborio risotto rice
  • 2 El Ebly
  • 2 El Barley
  • 2 El Buckwheat
  • Water
  • 0,5 Swiss chard cut into strips
  • 1 Red peppers, diced
  • 2 medium sized Tomatoes, diced
  • 0,5 small Zucchini, cut into halved slices
  • 1 medium sized Carrot, cut into halved slices
  • Vegetable broth
  • Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
  • 1 toe Pressed garlic
  • Lemongrass
  1. Put all the grains in a pan and roast them. Pour water over, simmer gently and let the carrots simmer first. Then gradually add the rest of the vegetables and a little water again and again. At the end, only the tomatoes are steamed for a few minutes. Serve on a large plate. Have fun with my grain kitchen!
