Pan of Grain with Vegetables

- 2 El Amaranth
- 2 El Quinoa
- 2 El Bulgur
- 2 El Couscous
- 2 El Millet
- 2 El Arborio risotto rice
- 2 El Ebly
- 2 El Barley
- 2 El Buckwheat
- Water
- 0,5 Swiss chard cut into strips
- 1 Red peppers, diced
- 2 medium sized Tomatoes, diced
- 0,5 small Zucchini, cut into halved slices
- 1 medium sized Carrot, cut into halved slices
- Vegetable broth
- Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
- 1 toe Pressed garlic
- Lemongrass
- Put all the grains in a pan and roast them. Pour water over, simmer gently and let the carrots simmer first. Then gradually add the rest of the vegetables and a little water again and again. At the end, only the tomatoes are steamed for a few minutes. Serve on a large plate. Have fun with my grain kitchen!
