Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 slice(s) toast bread (sandwich toast)
- 300 g sausage (Beskid hard sausage or other hard sausage), sliced
- 300 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental), slices
- Fat (Rama Culinesse for the pan)
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Lightly spread the slices of toast with butter. First, add a slice of cheese, then the sausage, and then another slice of cheese. Finish with a slice of toast. Bake the toast over medium heat (max. 2 at a time) in a non-stick pan with the lid on. Serve with carrot salad.
