Turkey rolls with Serrano ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 small turkey cutlets, thin (50 g each)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 8 slice(s) ham (Serrano ham), thin
  • 8 apricots, dried, soft
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pat the schnitzel dry and flatten. Season with salt and pepper. Spread one side with mustard. Halve the ham slices. Top the mustard side with ham and apricots. Roll up the schnitzel, secure with roulade pins, and pin. Brush the rolls with oil and grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
