Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 350 ml milk
- 5 eggs
- 210 g wheat flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- some fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix the wheat flour, eggs, and milk into a smooth batter and season with salt. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a non-stick pan with a little oil. You can top the pancakes with various sweet or savory toppings while cooking.
