Nutella pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • ½ baking powder
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 275 ml milk
  • 2 tsp Nutella
  • 100 g milk chocolate coating, optional
  • Peppermint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, combine flour and baking powder with milk and eggs. Then add sugar. Finally, add a pinch of salt and Nutella. Mix everything well until it forms a smooth, liquid mixture. It’s best to let the batter rest for a short while. Now, prepare the crepe iron and cook four pancakes at a time. Tip: You can also cook on the stovetop using a mini skillet/pan. You’ll also need high-temperature cooking oil. For decoration, melt milk chocolate in a double boiler and pour it over the pancakes. Add fresh peppermint leaves for garnish.
