Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ liter of milk
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the first three ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and add a ladleful of batter. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Divide the remaining batter into pancakes. Serve hot.
