Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 300 ml water
- 3 ml salt
- 30 ml oil or melted butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the flour and oil and mix with a hand mixer on high for 1 minute. Add the flour and mix the batter for another 1 minute. Then add the oil and mix in. Preheat a frying pan with a little oil and add a ladleful of batter to each pan. Flip the pancakes once the tops are dry. Then cook the other side for the same amount of time.
