Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 240 g wheat flour
- 320 ml milk
- 320 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix flour, milk, quark, eggs, and a pinch of salt into a smooth batter. Let it rest for about 10 minutes. Melt some butter in a pan and spread about 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake into it. Fry the pancakes until light brown on both sides, then arrange on plates, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and serve with applesauce. Delicious.
