Pancake Casserole with Nectarines

The perfect pancake casserole with nectarines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Great nectarines
  • 2 handful Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 6 Eggs size M
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 50 g Sifted flour
  • 180 ml Cream
  • 35 g Ground, peeled almonds (almond semolina)
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Wash the nectarines, pat dry, stone and cut into pieces. If necessary, let the raspberries thaw.
  2. Put the eggs, sugar, milk, cream, flour and almond semolina in a tall container. Mix vigorously with the blender. Put the dough in portion molds greased with butter or in a springform pan (28 cm Ø). Spread the prepared fruit on top and bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
