Pancake Casserole with Nectarines

- 3 piece Great nectarines
- 2 handful Raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 6 Eggs size M
- 50 g Sugar
- 300 ml Milk
- 50 g Sifted flour
- 180 ml Cream
- 35 g Ground, peeled almonds (almond semolina)
- Powdered sugar
- Wash the nectarines, pat dry, stone and cut into pieces. If necessary, let the raspberries thaw.
- Put the eggs, sugar, milk, cream, flour and almond semolina in a tall container. Mix vigorously with the blender. Put the dough in portion molds greased with butter or in a springform pan (28 cm Ø). Spread the prepared fruit on top and bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
