Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 600 ml milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt
- 750 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper .
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
To make the pancake batter, mix eggs, egg yolks, milk, flour, finely chopped chives, and salt into a thin batter. Cook in batches to make pancakes. Mix the minced meat with the onions and eggs and season (as you would for meatballs). Place a roll of minced meat on each pancake and roll it up. Cut each roll into three or four pieces. Wrap the small rolls with a piece of string to secure them. Return everything to the pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes (not too hot and with the lid on), turning occasionally until the minced meat is cooked. Serve with a colorful salad, or it goes well as a side dish at a buffet.
