Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce (Vogerlsalat)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 4 cocktail tomatoes
- possibly horseradish, grated
- Spread (horseradish spread or horseradish spread)
- 6 pancakes (pancakes)
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the tomatoes and avocado. If desired, you can also add a hard-boiled egg, which you can also slice. Grate the horseradish, but grated horseradish from a jar works just as well. Make the pancakes (I always use one of the sugar-free recipes). Spread the horseradish spread thinly over the pancakes. Place a slice of salmon on top, spread a handful of lamb’s lettuce on top, add a few slices of tomato and avocado, and finally, spread a little horseradish on top. Then roll up like a wrap.
