Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • e.g. apples or plums
  • n. B. cinnamon sugar
  • e.g. jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with apples or plums

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift into a bowl. Gradually add the milk and whisk until well combined. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites with a spoon. Using a small ladle, fry up to four pancakes in the pan. Top with apples or plums, or enjoy plain, simply with jam or cinnamon.
