  • 500 g mashed potatoes, ready prepared
  • 1 egg(s)
  • n. B. Flour
  • n. B. Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with mashed potatoes

Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg. Add enough flour to form a batter that’s not too thin. Pour the batter into the pan with a tablespoon and fry like pancakes. Serve sprinkled with sugar.
