Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of Schupfnudeln from the refrigerated section (500 g)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
- n. B. Fruit of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the dumplings for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and hazelnuts and let them caramelize. Serve on a plate with fresh fruit to taste. I arranged the dumplings, garnished with chocolate sauce, and then sifted powdered sugar over them. I served them with strawberries and whipped cream. This thing has plenty of calories, but you don’t have to eat it all alone…
