Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g corn, ground
  • 50 g chickpeas, ground
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 500 ml mineral water, carbonated
  • 3 cl rum, 2-4 cl, 54%
  • Fat, for frying, possibly

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, vegan

Turn on the stove and place a dry pan on top. Combine the dry ingredients and slowly add them to the water/rum, stirring well. Reduce the heat slightly, add the batter, which should only be as big as a spatula, and fry until golden brown on both sides. My own recipe.
