Pancakes filled with yogurt and fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pancakes
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • some agave syrup or honey
  • some vanilla extract
  • some cinnamon
  • 600 g fruits, such as bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the yogurt with agave syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, and place it in the center of the pancakes. Wash the fruit, pat it dry, peel it if necessary, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Spread it over the yogurt, fold the sides of the pancakes toward the center, overlapping them, and sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with a few fruit pieces.
