Pancakes – Lasagna

The perfect pancakes – lasagna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 small Pancakes from the previous day
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 packet Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Pr Sugar
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Salt pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 packet Grated cheese
  1. Heat the OIL in a pan, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add onion cubes and tomato paste and roast. Pour in the tomato puree and bring to the boil. Let the minced meat simmer gently for a few minutes and then season well with sugar and the remaining spices.
  2. Halve the pancakes and place in a greased casserole dish (one pancake per layer), spread the minced meat sauce on top. Layers until everything is used up, making sure that you end with minced meat sauce.
  3. Spread the grated cheese on top … more or less as desired … and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  4. P: S: I had 3 tablespoons of cooked mushrooms from the day before, which I put in the minced meat sauce ….. nothing should perish :))))))))
