- 100 g Oatmeal
- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 2 piece Protein
- 75 Milliliters Milk
- 1 piece Banana
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- Oil or butter to fry.
- 1. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree. Finished! 2. Fry in a pan with a little oil or butter. 3. Decorate as you like (I still had chopped nuts left). 4. Tastes great with maple syrup. Super fast and healthy breakfast!
