Shrimp with tomatoes and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g shrimp(s) or crab
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and roughly chop the onions. Peel the garlic. Toast the bread in a toaster and dice it. Chop it in a blender with the garlic. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix with 2 tablespoons of oil. Peel the tomatoes and dice them like the feta cheese. Turn on the oven grill. Fry the onions in the remaining oil, add the tomatoes and wine, and sauté for 5 minutes. Fold in 50g of the cheese cubes and the herbs, and season. Transfer everything to 4 ovenproof dishes, arrange the shrimp and remaining feta cheese on top. Bake for about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and oregano. Baguette goes well with it!
