Pancakes with a twist

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 25 g spinach, thawed
  • 50 g cream cheese (creamy level)
  • 25 g corn, from the can
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • pepper
  • Olive oil, for greasing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Pour flour, salt, milk and egg into a bowl and stir until no lumps remain. Now grease the pan with olive oil. When the oil is hot, add a thin layer of pancake batter to the pan. Be careful, it’s hot! An adult is needed here. Cook all the pancakes one at a time. This is best done with an adult helper. In the meantime, cut the ham into cubes and put it in a bowl. Add the spinach, cream cheese and corn to the bowl with the ham. If you like, you can season the mixture with a little pepper. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Now you can place the pancakes on the work surface. Put a spoonful of the mixture on the side of the pancake facing you. Roll the pancake up until no more filling is visible. Now you can place the filled pancakes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. The hot pancakes are placed on a plate and sprinkled with grated cheese. Enjoy!
