Pancakes with Apples

The perfect pancakes with apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 600 ml Oat drink, homemade or other vegetable me
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1,5 Apples
  1. Put the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix together.
  1. Then add the milk and water and stir until smooth with a whisk. I always make the milk myself. You can find the recipe in my cookbook under “oat drink”
  1. Quarter, core and peel the apples.
  1. Coarsely grate 1/2 apple and stir into the batter. Cut the other apple into thin slices.
  1. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Pour a portion of batter into the pan and place a few apple slices on top and press lightly into the batter. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  1. Anesthetize with powdered sugar.
