also delicious with fresh blueberries and white chocolate
Mix all ingredients, except the bananas and chocolate, with a hand mixer until a smooth batter forms. Finally, fold in the roughly chopped or sliced chocolate. Heat a small frying pan (it’s best to turn it over) with a little oil. In the meantime, slice the bananas into 0.5 cm thick slices. When the pan is hot, add 1/4 of the batter, quickly top with a few banana slices, turn it over as usual, and finish cooking. Repeat with the rest of the batter, then serve and sprinkle with powdered sugar. This recipe also tastes great with fresh blueberries and white chocolate!
