Pancakes with figs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 figs, dried
  • 1 tsp currants
  • Oil, peanut or sesame oil for frying
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ package of almond flakes
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the spices with the egg and flour. Then, while stirring constantly, add the milk. Make sure there are no lumps. Then, finely slice the figs. These will add the sweetness to the dish. Add the almond flakes, currants, and figs to the batter and mix. Now, fry the batter on both sides in hot oil until golden brown. Then, loosely roll it up and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
