Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 0.33 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml water
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for baking

Make a pancake batter, mix it with diced bell peppers, onions, and sesame seeds, and season with salt and pepper. Bake the batter in batches to make small, thin, golden-brown pancakes.
