- 200 g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 400 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 El Chopped parsley
- 4 Discs Emmentaller
- 8 Discs Salami
- Clarified butter
- Put the flour, eggs, milk, salt and parsley in a bowl and stir with the hand mixer to a liquid dough.
