Pancakes with Salami and Cheese

  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 El Chopped parsley
  • 4 Discs Emmentaller
  • 8 Discs Salami
  • Clarified butter
  1. Put the flour, eggs, milk, salt and parsley in a bowl and stir with the hand mixer to a liquid dough.
  2. Let the butter lard get hot in a pan, pour some batter into the pan, put 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of salmi on the batter for each pancake, then pour some batter over again, fry the pancake, turn the other side and fry it brown , keep warm and bake everything else as described and serve.
