Pancakes with Salami and Cheese Confetti

  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 100 g Salami
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 tbsp 8 Kräuter TK
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pfefer
  • Clarified butter
  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut very finely.
  2. Put the flour, eggs and milk in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the onion, garlic and herbs and mix into a fairly runny batter, cut the salami and cheese into very small pieces and mix with the batter
  3. Leave the butter lard in a pan, add the dough spoon by spoon so that the pan is thinly covered with the dough, fry briefly, turn the pancakes, fry the other side also brown, keep warm and fry the next pancakes as before.
  4. Serve the pancakes with a salad.
