Pancakes with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 4 pancakes (ready-made product)
  • 5 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Mustard
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • some curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix Miracle Whip with mustard, curry powder, finely chopped dill, and a pinch of pepper and salt and spread on the pancakes. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into thin strips. Distribute the lettuce strips among the pancakes and place a slice of salmon on each pancake. Wrap the whole thing in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Slice diagonally and serve.
